AN ACT

RELATING TO A CAPITAL EXPENDITURE; REAUTHORIZING A PRIOR SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO CHANGE THE AGENCY FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. ALBUQUERQUE INDIAN CENTER--CHANGE AGENCY TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS.--The severance tax bond appropriation made in Subsection 328 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for building and infrastructure improvements at the Albuquerque Indian center in Bernalillo county is reauthorized and is appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for the same purpose.
