    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 68

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike “; LIMITING SUBSEQUENT TERMS OF WORKERS’ COMPENSATION JUDGES”.

     2. On page 2, lines 16 through 19, remove the brackets and the line-through.

     3. On page 2, line 18, strike "five years" and insert in lieu thereof "one year".

     4. On page 4, line 14, remove the brackets and the line through "five-year" and strike the underscored "two-year".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
