AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT TO CONTRACT FOR AN ANTI-DRUG PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to contract for an anti-drug program for children in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
