has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 23 and 24, strike "testimony of at least two unaffiliated clinical" and remove the bracket and line-through.

     2. On page 3, line 25, remove the bracket and line-through and strike "experts".

     3. On page 4, line 1, strike the underscored language and the period and strike "Rules" and insert in lieu thereof "rules".

     4. On page 4, line 21, strike "to" and insert in lieu thereof ", including".

     5. On page 6, line 17, strike "for" and insert in lieu thereof "with".

     6. On page 8, line 18, after the semicolon insert "and".

     7. On page 8, line 21, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period and closing quotation mark.

     8. On page 8, strike lines 22 and 23.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
