has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, lines 3 and 4, strike "located in a class A county".

     2. On page 4, line 4, strike "two hundred" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty".

     3. On page 4, line 5, strike "2000" and insert in lieu thereof "most recent".
