AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF A SUMMER YOUTH CONSERVATION CORPS CAMP PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION--SUMMER YOUTH CAMP.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support a Mesilla summer youth camp program's coordination and management responsibilities to match a New Mexico youth conservation corps grant. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
