has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 6, strike "forty dollars ($40.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty dollars ($30.00)".

    2. On page 4, line 22, strike "forty dollars ($40.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty dollars ($30.00)".

    3. On page 5, line 7, strike "forty dollars ($40.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty dollars ($30.00)".

    4. On page 6, line 5, strike "forty dollars ($40.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty dollars ($30.00)".

    5. On page 6, lines 6 and 7, strike "Paragraph (1) of Subsection D,".

    6. On page 6, line 18, after "division" insert "and the department of game and fish".

    7. On page 6, line 19, after "for" insert "residents and".

    8. On page 6, line 19, after the period insert:

"Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection G of this section, seven dollars ($7.00) shall be distributed to the department of game and fish for each fee that department of game and fish collects.".

    9. On page 23, line 24, after "department" insert ", the department of game and fish".
