has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendment 5.

     2. Strike Senate Floor Amendment 2.

     3. Strike Items 3 and 4 of Senate Floor Amendment 3.

     4. On page 1, line 17, strike "DERIVATIVES, SHORT SELLING ARRANGEMENTS AND".

     5. On page 15, line 7, after the semicolon insert "and".

     6. On page 15, line 8, through page 16, line 11, strike Paragraphs (11) and (12).

     7. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

     8. On page 17, lines 3 and 4, strike "Paragraphs (11), (12) and (13)" and insert in lieu thereof "Paragraph (11)".
