AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN TOHATCHI.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund youth development programs, including the youth leadership project at the Tohatchi chapter in Tohatchi. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
