AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE NEW MEXICO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide for educational services by the New Mexico symphony orchestra for the national Hispanic cultural center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
