FOR REPAIRS AND EXPANSION AT THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for repairs and expansion at the southern New Mexico state fairgrounds in Dona Ana county.
