FOR PHASE 3 WATER SYSTEM UPGRADES FOR THE CANON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

nine hundred fifty thousand dollars ($950,000) to plan, design and construct phase 3 water system upgrades for the Canon mutual domestic water consumers association in Sandoval county.
