HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 18

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Jeannette O. Wallace

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR JEMEZ SPRINGS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements, including engineering, design, right-of-way acquisitions and construction, for a pedestrian walkway on New Mexico highway 4 in Jemez Springs in Sandoval county; and

seventy-three thousand two hundred ten dollars ($73,210) for phase 1 construction, including a survey, land leveling and electricity, of the convention and economic development center in Jemez Springs in Sandoval county.
