FOR INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED TO THE TREATED EFFLUENT WATER REUSE AND WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAM IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) for a pipeline to transport treated effluent water, security fences, a lined holding pond, all appurtenances, engineering, surveying, soil analysis and utility location for the treated effluent water reuse and water conservation program in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
