HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 23

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Dianne Miller Hamilton

FOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for additional renovation of the Grant county detention center; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for phase 2 renovation of the Grant county courthouse to comply with judiciary needs.
