FOR EQUIPPING AND FURNISHING THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) to equip and furnish the boys' and girls' club in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
