FOR THE HEALTH COMMONS PROJECT IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the planning, design, construction and land acquisition of the health commons project with facilities to house the health centers of northern New Mexico, the Las Cumbres learning services, incorporated and the Espanola public health office in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
