IMPROVEMENTS IN
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the local government division of the department of finance
and administration
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for
sports field and park improvements at Del Norte park or all-weather paving of
the parking lots at Bensing baseball park in
six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($625,000) to plan, design and engineer the roof replacement at the city
library and city hall in
one hundred seventy thousand dollars
($170,000) to construct phase 2 of the main street streetscape master plan in
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to plan, design and construct the renovation of the Fletcher center into an
educational facility operated by head start in
