FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PIPELINE ROAD FROM SAN LUIS TO TORREON IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

four hundred eleven thousand dollars ($411,000) for development of Pipeline road from San Luis to Torreon in Sandoval county.
