FOR A WELLNESS CENTER AT NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a wellness center at the New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro county.
