FOR PURCHASE OF ART AND CULTURAL ARTIFACTS AND RESEARCH ON AFRICAN-AMERICANS IN THE SOUTHWEST FOR THE STATEWIDE AFRICAN-AMERICAN PERFORMING AND CULTURAL ARTS EXHIBIT HALL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the purchase of art and cultural artifacts and research on African-Americans in the southwest for the statewide African-American performing and cultural arts exhibit hall in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
