FOR MONTOYA PROPERTY INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for Montoya property industrial park improvements in Raton in Colfax county.
