FOR A COLLABORATIVE AREA-WIDE, FORTY-YEAR WATER PLAN IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to develop a collaborative area-wide, forty-year water plan in Eddy county.
