FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE QUEEN COMMUNITY CENTER IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($267,500) to design and construct the Queen community center in Eddy county.
