FOR UPGRADE OF THE WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to upgrade the wastewater collection and treatment system in Loving in Eddy county.
