FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE AND RENOVATE THE OLD MOOSE LODGE BUILDING ON EDITH BOULEVARD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The capital projects fund appropriation made to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 7 of Section 37 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to purchase and renovate the old fraternal order of the Elks building on Edith boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to purchase and renovate the old moose lodge building on Edith boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
