FOR THE BAYO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN LOS ALAMOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to build a new Bayo wastewater treatment plant, demolish the old facility and restore the old site in Los Alamos county.
