FOR REALIGNING FORTIETH STREET TO MEET WITH LOMA COLORADO AND NORTHERN BOULEVARD IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for realigning Fortieth street to meet with Loma Colorado and Northern boulevard in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
