FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 67 IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase land for a building to house economic development offices in Harding county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for heating, ventilation and air conditioning system improvements and construction at the county courthouse in Harding county.
