HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 381

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Brian K. Moore

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 67 IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct emergency services buildings in Union county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair and renovate the historic gymnasium and school in Amistad in Union county.
