FOR RENOVATION OF THE FLETCHER CENTER INTO AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY FOR OPERATION BY HEAD START IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for renovation of the Fletcher center into an educational facility to be operated by head start in Hobbs in Lea county.
