FOR THE MESILLA VALLEY BOSQUE STATE PARK DEVELOPMENT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for acquisition of easement and fee title and site development for the Mesilla Valley bosque state park in Dona Ana county.
