FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RADIUM SPRINGS RECREATIONAL PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for capital improvements to the Radium Springs recreational park in Dona Ana county.
