46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Terry T. Marquardt

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the twelfth judicial district court

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to develop a video arraignment system for the twelfth judicial district court in Otero county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct a new road maintenance shop building in Otero county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a medical clinic in Chaparral in Otero county.
