FOR A SATELLITE CAMPUS IN SPRINGER FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct remodeling of the Forester building for the satellite campus of the Luna vocational-technical institute in Springer in Colfax county.
