FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EL LLANO ROAD IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

three hundred ten thousand dollars ($310,000) for improvements to El Llano road in San Miguel county.
