FOR A HORSE BARN FOR THE FAIRGROUNDS IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a horse barn for the fairgrounds in Colfax county.
