FOR A WATER SYSTEM FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF SAN LUIS AND CABEZON IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thirty-three thousand two hundred seventy dollars ($433,270) to plan, design and construct a water system for the communities of San Luis and Cabezon in Sandoval county.
