FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE NEW MEXICO YOUTH SOCCER COMPLEX IN BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for improvements to the New Mexico youth soccer complex in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
