FOR GRAPHIC ARTS TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

sixty-nine thousand four hundred dollars ($69,400) to purchase and install graphic arts technology and equipment at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
