FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FACILITY FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AT THE GILA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for planning, design and construction of a facility for emergency medical services and emergency operations at the Gila regional medical center in Silver City in Grant county.
