FOR INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM IN THE BERNALILLO COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to provide infrastructure, including plumbing, gas lines, electrical and roofing, for the mental health program at the Bernalillo county juvenile detention center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
