FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURTHOUSE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for wiring for the third judicial district courthouse in Dona Ana county.
