FOR A CRISIS SHELTER FACILITY FOR YOUTH IN THE SOUTH VALLEY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct a crisis shelter facility for youth in the south valley in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
