46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Joseph Cervantes

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN ANTHONY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for a sludge belt press in Anthony in Dona Ana county; and

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for a sewer line extension in Anthony in Dona Ana county;

• to the department of transportation

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for road improvements in Anthony in Dona Ana county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the park in Anthony in Dona Ana county.
