FOR THE SANTA FE RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to design, construct and equip the Santa Fe rape crisis center in Santa Fe county.
