HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 772

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Nick L. Salazar

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for planning a regional wastewater report for the Chamita mutual domestic water consumers association in Chamita in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand five hundred seventy five dollars ($40,575) to plan, design and construct a playground in Alcalde in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to develop a regional water and wastewater master plan for the Pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the acequia de alcalde educational project in Alcalde in Rio Arriba county.
