FOR FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS BUILDING AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred forty-five thousand thirty dollars ($145,030) to purchase furniture and equipment for the communications building at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
