46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN SANDOVAL, VALENCIA AND CIBOLA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the thirteenth judicial district court

eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) to purchase a vehicle for the thirteenth judicial district in Cibola county; and

two hundred fifty-four thousand dollars ($254,000) to purchase an imaging system for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval, Valencia and Cibola counties.
