FOR UPGRADE OF THE RIO CHIQUITO WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA AND SANTA FE COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thirty-five thousand four hundred thirteen dollars ($435,413) to upgrade the Rio Chiquito water supply system in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties.
